Petty Officer 3rd Class Ivan Jordan explains the importance of tourniquet placement to U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps cadets, April 29, during a Marine open house at the Hopkins Hall Gym, at Camp Allen, Virginia. The Marine open house allowed the cadets to get a glimpse at how a Marine or sailor would train with Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team. During the tour, the cadets viewed different stations ranging from weapon familiarization to combat life saver displays.
