W.I.N. In All That We Do!
1. Warfighters in all that we do.
The United States Marine Corps is a warfighting organization. Plain and simple. We are all warfighters, regardless of MOS, rank or billet.
Always know the mission and commander’s intent in order to be able to take the initiative and aggressively exploit opportunities.
We must train, prepare and most importantly never forget we are Warfighters first. Our training must be challenging, realistic and grounded in doctrine.
Our training and preparation must be focused on both lethality and resiliency. We must prepare our mind, body and heart to withstand the savagery of war.
2. Integrity in all that we do.
Integrity to the Mission, the Marines and to yourself.
We will never compromise our values. We will stay true to the mission. We will stay true to our ethos as Marines, never forgetting who we are….we are the “United States Marines.”
Our fellow Marines are the key to mission success. We are a family and will take care of each other as such. We will stay true to our self and leave no Marine behind.
The Marine Corps worked before us and it will work after us. Your time on active duty will one day end; ensure you can be proud of the person you have become and the actions you have taken.
3. Never Quit in all that we do.
Endurance is simple, but not easy.
Mental endurance requires us to never quit learning our profession. Be technically and tactically sound in all aspects of your craft and ensure others are as well. Be an asset, not a liability.
Moral endurance is doing what is right, even when it’s not popular or the path of least resistance. Every decision is a test. If you do what is right with the little things, the big things will be easier.
Physical endurance must be trained to. In order to endure and win against a talented enemy we have to be faster and stronger; we will be the predator not the prey.
We will WIN as Warfighters with Integrity who Never quit.
