METINARO TRAINING BASE, Timor-Leste (July 31, 2017) - Cpl. Trevor Hoffman, Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team Pacific, Marine Corps Security Forces Regiment, helps Timor-Leste Navy Soldado Agustinho Guterres cover bullet holes in a range target at Metinaro Training Base, Timor-Leste, during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Timor-Leste 2017. CARAT is a bilateral exercise series which provides a credible venue for the U.S. Navy and it’s eight partner nations to share best practices and rehearse cooperation in response to shared maritime security challenges.
